I HATE ELEVATOR PITCHES!

I HATE ELEVATOR PITCHES! I think they are so antiquated, and not just because we're not getting into elevators anymore. 👀

Most of my clients complain that their perfectly crafted, gorgeously copy-written, beautifully succinct pitches don't work. They just don't resonate, and watching people's face gloss over is demoralizing.

So what *should* you say? Try telling the most recent great client story you have.

"You know, we've been doing custom development since forever, but lately, we're having a big impact with clients like Janus, who came to us with a manual process that had become so cumbersome it was unmanageable. We helped them rethink their business processes, added software where it made sense, and a year later they've completely transformed their business and doubled in size in the process. It's been amazing to watch".

It's just so much more compelling than, "We help SMBs with digital transformation". 😴 💤

What's your most compelling client story? Are you using it to draw people in?
