tedx: executive motherhood
Somehow, when women become moms, we start talking to them about recipes, coupons and working less. That's not cutting it. I founded a group of executive moms just so I could see other women working and climbing the ladder the way I was. Today it is 600 wildly engaged women, who are as likely to talk business valuation or intellectual property law as we are to share effective bedtime routines for toddlers or racial equity discussions with teens. We have built a community that uplifts, supports and encourages; a community that pushes us ahead and knows that truly, we can have it all.
