I'm not much of a TV watcher

I'm not much of a TV watcher, so I came to love Tiffany Haddish through her book, The Last Black Unicorn. She's honest and funny and adorable- but if I didn't already love her enough, her show on Netflix, They Ready, would have put me over the top.

The absolute brilliance of this show is that it's focused on "throwing the rope back" to her friends after she made it big.

And her friends are endearing and charming and very, very grateful that she remembered her promise.

Joanna G. Burish calls this being a woman's woman: going out of your way to champion and sponsor other women, lifting as you rise, and always being gracious with the climb.
