Join me as I'm hosted by the University of Chicago's Polsky Center
In January, I was saying that everything was finally falling into place for a new era of female leadership. We had more women at the top, more flexibility in our workforces, and the old boys club was becoming a thing of the past.
Today, I'm watching women leave the workforce in droves, so unsupported and burdened that stopping out feels like the only path forward.
Women and the corporations who love them still have a chance to save the day- and the radical upheaval of a pandemic might just be the perfect backdrop for leveling playing fields and coming out ahead.
Join me as I'm hosted by the University of Chicago's Polsky Center for a discussion on executive motherhood, equity, and the nature of work. I hope you'll join me!
