Born to Disrupt

I'm excited about Disrupt Milwaukee this week! I'll be headed over there with my dear friend, Lorelei Kuhn, who has been my Disruptive Buddy since we first went to one of these events in Madison in 2016.

I LOVE Disrupt! Speakers get 5 minutes on stage, where their slides advance every 15 seconds, whether they like it or not... with NO confidence screen! When I first heard of it, I thought, "Who in their right mind would want to do THAT?!?" But by the time the first DisruptMSN was over, I was hooked. I knew I wanted to do it myself! I had my chance earlier this year at DisruptMSN 2.0 and the experience was just the same- the energy is super-charged, and incredibly exhilarating.

Laneice McGee will speak again on Thursday- what a treat! To say that she is an inspiring speaker is a gross understatement- she can get an audience on it's feet and cheering like very few people I have seen.

I can't wait for this event, and hope you'll join in one way or another! Coreyne Woodman-Holoubek and Laura Gmeinder... your hard work is paying off! Disrupt is the best event in Wisconsin!!!
